Tremendously excited to share that I will apparently be contributing a few words to legendary photographer Elliott Landy's upcoming 2nd volume of photographs of The Band. Very honored to have a brief summary of what The Band's music means to me included in this collection of music history.
Elliot Landy has many iconic photos, perhaps the most widely recognized is his image of Bob Dylan for the Nashville Skyline album cover. He was photographer for the Big Pink/Basement Tapes era and the Woodstock Festival. Along with The Band and Bob Dylan, he also photographed Van Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and many others.
